The Apex Team would like to do a surprise, bonus weekend challenge for the school! For this challenge, we'll be looking at participation. Every student logged in, each share and each pledge will count as 1 participation point each. If a class reaches 100% logged in, they'll gain 10 extra points. On Monday we'll pick the class with the most participation from each grade level and they will earn a Winter Wonderland experience with Apex!

As a reminder, there will be no school this week due to the Thanksgiving break. Have a happy Thanksgiving!

We need your help with a few morning safety reminders: - Please do not drop students off before 6:50 AM. Staff is not on duty before this time. -Please do not allow students to walk across the street without supervision. - Students should remain in their vehicles until staff come outside for morning arrival. This helps keep everyone safe. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our students safe each morning!

Today we conducted a fire drill as part of our regular safety procedures. Students and staff did a great job following directions quickly and safely. Please note — this was only a drill and there was no threat or emergency at any time.

Reminder: Our Fall Festival is tonight from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM Food and games are $1 per ticket (cash only). Come join us for an evening of fun for the whole family!

Report cards are now available! Please log in to your Skyward Family Access account, click on Portfolio, then electronically sign, save, download, and open your child’s report card. Thank you for reviewing your child’s progress!

We wanted to let you know that our campus conducted a fire drill today. This was only a drill, and all students and staff followed procedures safely and efficiently. We appreciate your support as we continue to practice and ensure everyone knows what to do in case of an emergency.

A network outage in the Metzger MS area has been identified. This issue is affecting internet and phone connection at Escondido. The service provider is currently working to resolve the issue. We will continue to send updates as they are available. Thank you for your patience.

Parent Engagement & Value of Parent Contributions Meeting is cancelled today. We will reschedule and send out an update soon.

Reminder: Students are considered late after 7:30 AM. Please do not park or wait in the fire lane. You must park in a designated spot, walk your student to the front doors, and sign them in. Thank you for helping us keep all students safe and our morning arrival running smoothly.

Today we conducted a Standard Response Protocol (SRP) HOLD drill. During a HOLD, students remain in their classrooms while learning continues as usual. This was only a drill, and no safety concerns were present. Thank you for your support as we practice procedures to keep our students safe.
